THE STORY
Andrea Love is a powerhouse international singer/songwriter born and raised in Chicago, the birthplace of House music. Influenced by her Gospel roots, infused with Jazz, funk and R&B influences, she is undeniably a musical force to be reckoned with.
Andrea has worked with industry titans such as George Duke, Michael Manson, Terri Lyne Carrington, Lizz Wright, Nona Hendryx, Lalah Hathaway, Terisa Griffin, Frank McComb, and Esperanza Spalding, among others.
Notably, her 2001 collaboration with Grammy-nominated remixer Eric “E Smoove” Miller yielded the funky, inspirational house anthem "Shined On Me" (Praise Cats f/ Andrea Love - Subliminal Records), marking her biggest international success to date.
This track made waves in Europe's vibrant dance/house music scene, consistently dominating charts and earning two nominations at the 2002 Italian Dance Music Awards. Andrea's rising acclaim led to performances across Europe, including prestigious appearances on renowned music programs like "Hit Machine" in France and "Festival Bar" in Italy.
Continuing to expand her musical portfolio, Andrea has collaborated with a diverse array of contemporary DJs and producers, including Maurice Joshua, Jamie Lewis, and Dutchican Soul, adding to her ever-growing catalog of music.
Her newest release, "So Amazing," is a soulful house music gem crafted in collaboration with the renowned Ralphi Rosario. Featuring live instrumentation, rich, smooth vocals, and Rosario's signature flawless production, "So Amazing" is set to ignite dance floors and captivate audiences with its infectious energy and soulful vibes.
On music and her career, Andrea says, “My love affair with music is something that's hard to put into words. There’s a high that I get when I sing, whether I'm on stage dressed up or standing barefoot in my living room.
